The place was excellent value, with welcoming staff who offered great service. the location was great and handy, at a moderate distance from a public museum. A supermarket and a convenience shop were right next door. the restaurant here was nice for dinner or breakfast.

Thank you for making our stay a comfortable experience. The breakfast is complimentary, with generous portions and tasty granola, for instance. It boasts a particularly good location; just off historic house Olveston, a wonderful secluded garden, and restaurants up on the Hill overlooking the waterfront.

The motel has been recently renovated and is well-maintained. the staff, from management to the cleaners, are very attentive and caring. It is located in a peaceful area that is conveniently close to an eight-sided plaza. There are many dining choices nearby, and the on-site restaurant serves great meals for both dinner and breakfast.

Not a complaint but people should be aware that although within 10 minutes of the town centre, the hotel is up a steep hill.

Lovely room, excellent facilities, very quiet (loved that), very friendly & helpful staff. Gorgeous meal at night and very good breakfast (great that this was included in the price of room), lovely location and loved looking out on the city lights and the stadium while having our meals. A really great hotel and will definitely go back there next time we go to Dunedin.

Our budget studio here was exceptionally nice and accommodating with two queen-sized beds.

The room was a good size and comfortable, staff were very helpful

Had a long walk to bars and restaurants half of which was along an unlit road

Luxurious & modern hotel, ideal location on the gardens by the front glass sliding doors, very friendly staff. Location just off the city centre where there something to meet everyone's tastes and Dunedin's and the center. Awesome food in the restaurants such as Kashish, located 10 min away. Very nicely furnished and well-equipped room with functional bathroom and climate control, coffee and a kettle.
